    I took my NEBOSH NGC through MetTECH , the staff were fantastic. From the staff in the canteen to the "boss" everyone was friendly , helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone training in the building were relaxed and in the correct frame of mind to learn. Tutors took the time to help and every member of staff was there to offer support and guidance. I never had an issue re staff getting back to me nor being in touch if need be. Value for money, easy access and fantastic staff... would recommend to anyone.

    I was a lodger with my Brother, housing officer Nicola Girwood came into our flat, looked through our personal belongings - claimed she was carrying out an inspection but never pre arranged this with us. As far as i was aware you should be given notice priot to any inspection. What sort of inspection involves looking through my clothes! Would rather be homeless than rent out one of their properties!!!

    For over 3 years now we have ordered from here and never had an issue. Recently however when you call your immediately put on hold for several minutes, you are then met with an abrupt and rude member of staff who cant get you off the phone quick enough as she is clearly serving other people!! Your clearly need more staff!!! If you get the local older woman she will do everything in her power to make sure you get what you want. They have changed their salt and pepper chips!!
